High level goal, delivery, rough timeline, things to avoid.

At kickoff, we have a lunch, 5 minute presentation about actual research, one slide about the SURE project.

Wednesday 13th

Recommend that they are all in the lab the whole summer.

Be at CVPR by the third.
For return either the final day or the day after.
No requirement to share.

Maybe look at student volunteer.

Site visit day on may 18th. Remember. Vigil tshirt.

Feels like we should do surveys of practicioners to see what difficulties are and where they think guidance could help.
